Last night, Stewart Copeland rocked the stage at Galway with his drum kit for Police Derange for Orchestra.
The show saw the 28 piece orchestra come to the Heineken Big Top Stage, located at the University of Galway campus across the Galway Cathedral.
Conducted by Galway’s Eimear Noone, the orchestra performs hits from one of the world’s biggest bands, The Police, including: Message in a Bottle, Walking on the Moon, Don’t Stand So Close to Me, Every Little Thing She does is Magic, King of Pain and Every Breath You Take among others.
Last night, Police Deranged for Orchestra did not disappoint, treating music lovers to several new arrangements and sound.

Ahead of these performances, former Police drummer Stewart Copeland spoke to our very own Marty Miller.
