Thank your lucky stars because we’re not going to be snowed in at Christmas – most likely just wet and miserable instead!
It’s set to be misty and damp today with some cloud, however, temperatures will be around 7-10 degrees which bears a stark contrast to recent weeks.
Saturday will continue to be mild and mainly dry for all you last minute panic shoppers, and if you’re sweating the gifts, don’t over wrap – it’s set to be around 11 degrees.
However, there’s a good chance Santa may put out those cosy sitting-room fires you have lit to counter-act the cold wind on Sunday as drizzle will occur in parts throughout Christmas Eve – the big guy won’t like that!
But for the over-hyped festive day that’s in it (we love it really!), heavy rainfall will affect Atlantic counties across the country.
It will turn a lot colder throughout Christmas Day, with winds veering west, and you can expect frost, ice and scattered showers.
Not like we were planning on leaving the house on Monday anyhow… *food coma*
Happy Holidays everyone!
