Investigating Gardaí have revealed they have arrested a 23-year-old woman in relation to the shooting in Mulhuddart on Monday afternoon, December 11th.
The woman was arrested in the Wicklow area and is being detained under the provisions of section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939.
The arrest follows the hospitalisation of a seven-month-old baby, who is believed to have received a gunshot wound to the leg while his mother sustained minor injuries in the same incident.
A teenager was also injured at the scene, as the incident is reportedly related to an ongoing feud.
Gardaí have since confirmed they have recovered a firearm as a result of searches in the Parslickstown area on Tuesday, December 12th.
A man was also arrested on suspicion of possessing ammunition currently remains in custody.
