A man’s been arrested following a fatal stabbing of a woman in Clondalkin.
The body of the woman in her 40s was discovered after Gardai were called to an incident at Greenfort Drive at about 12:30 this morning.
Her body remains at the scene awaiting the arrival of the State Pathologist. A man in his 50s was arrested and is being detained at Lucan Garda Station.
The house is sealed off and a technical examination of the area will be carried this morning.
